On the 3rd and 4th October Murray and Jamie visited Napier to install link between Napier Girls and Taradale high Schools. It was also hoped to install a link between Napier Girls and Napier Boys high schools but the weather did not allow this to be finished in the scheduled time. This second link will be completed on a return visit. At the end of the visit a video conference at 384kbps was held between Napier Girls and Taradale high schools.

On the 1st August 2002, the Team completed the site installation for the MCG Repeater Station. This involved erecting the pole and running cables 100M down a hill to the power source. You can also see some photos from an earlier link test at the start of this set.
